Automated do it yourself key making service machine inside Menards Home Center. Used it twice. Once for making several keys for the same lock. None of them actually worked. After complaining, the company credited my account back. At a second time for a different lock, every key copied worked well. The machine takes some figuring out. Not very intuitive.

Called around 9pm closer to 10pm about a car lock out and was told that a tech would be over to me. Never gave me an ETA after I provided my info and location. I called about 3 more times after that and each time they told me they were going to try and find where the tech and have them call me back. I expressed how they keep telling me the same thing to me with no actual effort to help me, never even give me a price estimate so I should have known how unprofessional it would be but this was beyond bad. This was on Thursday and they are just calling me back on Sunday. I NEVER leave reviews but this was so bad and I would hate for anybody to deal with this poor experience too.
